Search Engines prefer that each page focuses on few keywords. 2 or 3 main ones, and 3 or 4 related ones seem to be a good amount. In regular FAQ lists there are hundreds of keywords, none of them will reach significant relevance, and the page will not be properly indexed. Individual pages are more likely to get indexed.
